As president and chief operating officer of the JPAR Affiliated Network, O’Connor runs the fast-growing franchise brand that has leveraged a fee-based model to grow to nearly 2,200 agents who do nearly $5 billion in annual sales in 27 states and Washington, D.C. O’Connor is a Rotary International member and founded a Montana women’s networking group to benefit local community non-profits.
