Under Forsman’s leadership, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties has become metro Atlanta’s market leader. He serves on the national advisory councils of HSF Affiliates and Zillow/Trulia. He pioneered a recruiting system at the firm, TeamBuilder, which rewards agents and staff for recruiting productive agents. He began with Georgia Properties in 1999.
