A long-time leader of popular real estate portal Homes.com, Mele took over as the head of Homes.com and Homesnap, which CoStar Group acquired in 2021 and 2020, respectively. He will lead CoStar Group’s big effort to build a real estate portal that competes at the level of zillow.com and realtor.com. Before the CoStar acquisition, he ran Homes.com as president for seven years.
