Eiland and Woodroof run Houston’s largest brokerage in Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene, which expanded in 2019 with the acquisition of Heritage Texas Properties. Woodroof, who was named the 2018 Most Admired CEO by the Houston Business Journal, is also a former chairman of the Houston Association of Realtors. Eiland, a former director of HAR and the Texas Association of Realtors also served as president of the Texas CRB Council and has been honored as manager of the year.
