O’Connor became president and chief operating officer of JPAR Real Estate’s franchising efforts in 2021. JPAR is one of the nation’s largest franchise brands, with over 3,600 agents who do approximately 25,000 annual transactions. Previously, she served as vice president of franchise development for Anywhere Real Estate’s expansion brands, which included Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate and ERA Real Estate.
