Clement leads the nation’s 10th largest local Realtor association in the Chicago Association of Realtors, which has over 16,600 members. Under her leadership, the association hosted its first-ever diversity, equity and inclusion conference. An experienced association executive, Michelle previously served as president and CEO of the Commercial Brokers Association in Seattle and association executive for the Washington State Commercial Association of Realtors.
