Scavone leads the day-to-day operations of Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, the franchising arm of the Weichert Family of Companies, which oversees more than 330 offices nationwide. The 21-year Weichert veteran, who until last year also oversaw the company's residential brokerage arm, has led the franchise network since 2016. In 2025, Weichert expanded abroad for the first time under Scavone's leadership, adding international licensees in Portugal and Aruba.
