Consedine, a 20-year industry veteran, has spent most of his career at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties, a large brokerage brand within the HomeServices of America stable. He started his career at Prudential California Realty, where he spent six years before spending two more as a managing broker at Windermere Real Estate. He went on to become vice president of business initiatives at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties, where he now serves as president following his promotion in 2025.
