O’Connell leads day-to-day operations of the Long Island, New York-based Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty, which has more than 750 agents who do nearly $3.7 billion in annual sales. At the helm of the company since 2018, O’Connell started at Daniel Gale in 2007, when the firm acquired her real estate business.
