In 2025, Kottick became president of REMAX Canada, the largest franchise brand in Canada with oversight of REMAX offices in all provinces but Quebec. Kottick previously served as president and CEO of Sotheby’s International Realty Canada. In addition to previous leadership roles at Royal LePage, Right at Home Realty and Peerage Realty Partners, Kottick has served the Real Estate Institute of Canada, the Canadian Real Estate Association and the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board.
