As president of Coldwell Banker Affiliates, Waugh manages day-to-day operations of Anywhere’s Coldwell Banker franchised offices with a focus on accelerating growth and enhancing services for the brand. Before assuming his current role in October 2023, Waugh served as president of two regional Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices-affiliated brokerages. In his tenure Waugh has overseen the launch of a new back-office support system for agents and a 30-under-30 program to recognize young talent.
