In 2025, Blaylock became president of brokerage for the Anywhere Real Estate company-owned offices under the Sotheby’s International Realty umbrella. In this role, she is responsible for operations across nearly 50 offices supporting more than 2,300 affiliated agents. Blaylock, who previously served as president and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties, began her career at Edina Realty in 1999.
