As a longtime CEO of the Schmidt Family of Companies, Schmidt oversees a firm with Coldwell Banker- and Century 21-branded offices in Michigan, Ohio, Florida, and in the US Virgin Islands. The company’s more than 1,650 agents do nearly $4 billion in annual sales. Schmidt is a fourth-generation leader for the company, which has been family-owned since 1927.
