Hickok heads the Association of Real Estate License Law Officials (ARELLO), an organization that supports regulatory agencies in administering and enforcing real estate license laws. Hickok and ARELLO have gained prominence in recent years as NAR experienced foundational changes and scrutiny. Before taking on the CEO role in late 2023, Hickok gained extensive experience leading several local Realtor associations, including the Oklahoma Association of Realtors, the Greater Springfield Board of Realtors and Southern Missouri Regional MLS.
