Vidal leads ERA Real Estate, an Anywhere Real Estate brand with more than 43,000 affiliated brokers and agents. In 2025, the company expanded its network with new affiliates in California and Colorado. ERA also launched Spanish-language coaching to better serve Hispanic agents. Vidal is also active in the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals.
