Lamacchia has continued to grow the Massachusetts-based brokerage he founded in 2009 to more than 700 agents and in excess of $2.6 billion in annual sales. In 2025, the firm expanded to Rhode Island via an acquisition. An outspoken and impassioned industry leader, Lamacchia also runs the agent coaching firm Crush It in Real Estate, a favorite among real estate industry professionals.
