Howe heads MetroList, the largest MLS in Northern California with approximately 25,000 subscribers. Under his leadership, the Sacramento, California-based MLS launched a voice-enabled app, began providing 24/7 AI assistance, hired its first-ever director of sales and marketing, and extended its market in 2025. Howe began his career in 1996 as a regional MLS coordinator and became Metrolist’s president in 2022. He added the CEO title in 2023.
