Donny Samson leads the brokerage his father, Danny, founded in Chantilly, Virginia, in 1986. A top 20 U.S. brokerage, the firm supports more than 6,000 agents and generates nearly $11 billion in annual sales. Samson became CEO in 2019 after serving three years as chief operating officer. More recently, he has focused on recruitment for the fee-based brokerage, which operates offices across Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Washington, D.C.
