Swartzman joined Christie’s International Real Estate as president in 2025 after holding the CEO role at Peerage Realty Partners for over a decade. Drawing on his brokerage background, including with the Toronto-based CIRE affiliate Chestnut Park, Swartzman is now focused on expanding the brand globally. The network, which Compass acquired in January 2025, currently spans over 100 affiliates across 50 countries and territories. Before joining Peerage in 2014, Swartzman oversaw 15 partner firms and real estate activity across the MDC Partners network.
