Mabery became eXp Realty’s first-ever chief brokerage officer in 2025. In the new role at the nation’s third-largest brokerage by sales volume, she will focus on improving brokerage experience related to safety, compliance and support. Mabery, who first joined eXp Realty as an associate broker in 2018, also previously spent several years at Realty One Group Mountain Desert and was the president of the Arizona Association of Realtors in 2012.
