The third-generation leader of the brokerage his grandfather founded in 1931, Scott has overseen the Pacific Northwest-based firm since 1980. The company’s approximately 1,500 agents at company-owned and franchised offices in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Northern California do over $8.4 billion in annual sales. In September 2025, Scott welcomed a fourth-generation family member to the leadership team, with Savannah Scott taking on the role of VP of broker experience.
