In 2025, Conway added head of mergers and acquisitions to her role at Compass, which also includes leading the firm’s Louisiana region. In her new position, Conway plays a key role at one of the country’s most acquisitive firms, which closed a major deal with Anywhere Real Estate in early 2026. Conway joined the company in 2024 when Compass acquired Latter & Blum, the large Louisiana-based brokerage that she led as its CEO.
