Staub leads West + Main Homes, a firm she co-founded in 2017 that now has franchised offices in Colorado, Oklahoma, Oregon, Minnesota and North Carolina. The company’s brokerage wing has more than 350 agents who do over $1 billion in annual sales. Staub, who has her MBA and a master’s degree in marketing, previously worked in marketing for other verticals within the industry.
