In April 2025, Brown became CEO of Peerage Realty Partners, the nation’s 10th largest brokerage by sales volume with approximately $24.5 billion in annual sales. Based in Ontario, Canada, Peerage Realty Partners boasts more than 4,500 agents in the U.S. When she stepped into the CEO role, Brown also continued to lead Peerage’s U.S. Sotheby’s International Realty-affiliated brokerage partners, overseeing the seven SIR firms in Peerage’s portfolio as president of Peerage Group Sotheby’s International Realty. She brings more than two decades of experience leading consumer business and brands.
