Suarez co-founded Place, a platform that partners with real estate teams across North America to provide the components they need to grow and increase profits, along with Ben Kinney in 2020. The firm offers an all-in-one tech platform and a variety of services, including transaction management, marketing, training, coaching, operations and finance. Suarez is also CEO of PDX Property Group, a business powered by Place, and owns and operates other KW brokerages in the US.
