As the leader of Houlihan Lawrence, Nunan oversees approximately 1,500 agents in and around upstate New York and Connecticut. She began her real estate career in property management before working for Fox and Lazo Realtors in Philadelphia and later Prudential Preferred Properties in the Washington, DC, area. In 1997, she joined Houlihan, where she worked as vice president of global business development for 20 years before a brief stint at Leading Real Estate Companies of the World. Nunan returned to Houlihan in 2018 as its chief operating officer before taking on the president and CEO roles in 2019.
