Saunders co-founded Side with its innovative brokerage model in 2017 and, as chief broker officer, has seen it grow into the nation’s ninth largest brokerage by sales volume. The San Francisco-based company serves as the broker of record and provides key operational and back-office support for teams with over 3,700 agents who do over $24.5 billion in annual sales. Before launching Side with Guy Gal, Saunders operated a boutique brokerage and a law firm specializing in real estate.
