Burdick has served as president of brokerage operations at Howard Hanna Real Estate Services since 2023. In this role, she oversees the largest privately-owned brokerage in the US, which has more than 12,000 agents in 14 states who do over $34 billion in annual sales. Burdick, who previously served as president of Northern Ohio and Michigan at the brokerage, now oversees business and operational efforts for the firm.
