In April 2025, Brown became CEO of Peerage Realty Partners, the nation’s10th largest brokerage by sales volume with approximately $24.5 billion in annual sales. Based in Ontario, Canada, Peerage Realty Partners has over 4,500 agents in the US. When she stepped into the CEO role, Brown retained her job leading the seven Sotheby’s International Realty affiliates within Peerage’s US portfolio as president of Peerage Group Sotheby's International Realty. She has more than two decades of experience leading consumer businesses and brands.
