Kruse runs the world’s largest Century 21 franchisee in Century 21 Affiliated. With offices in Michigan, California, Wisconsin, Minnesota and Illinois, the firm oversees nearly 1,350 agents and in excess of $4 billion in annual sales. In 2025, the firm announced a strategic partnership with major US mortgage lender CMG Financial. Kruse began his career with Century 21 straight out of the University of Minnesota and became CEO in 2015.
