Young has led the Naples, Florida-based Premiere Plus Realty as its president since 2022. In 2024, the firm joined United Real Estate’s franchise network but retained its brand. Young oversees approximately 1,400 agents who do about $3 billion in annual sales. Before joining the firm in its marketing department in 2018, Young gained over two decades of experience in broadcasting while serving as a television host in the Orlando area.
