The third-generation president and CEO of family-owned brokerage Shorewest Realtors, Horning oversees the Wisconsin-based network of more than 800 agents with over $2 billion in annual sales. Working alongside his brother, John P. Horning, the Marquette University business graduate has also previously served as president of Metro MLS and as a chair of LeadingRE as well as the Wisconsin Realtors Association, where he was a chair in 2023. He currently sits on Upstream’s Board of Managers.
