Martinez runs Century 21 Americana, a Las Vegas-based brokerage that he and his wife, Elizabeth, co-founded in 2012. Americana has brokerage, property management, real estate school, home loan and title entities, and boasts over 450 agents. Martinez, who advocates for homeownership for underserved populations, has been president of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals and also once led the organization’s Nevada chapter.
