Siblings OB Jacobi and Jill Jacobi Wood, along with Wood’s husband Geoff Wood, lead Windermere — a family-owned company for more than 50 years — as co-presidents. In 2025, Windermere appointed a new diversity leader and recommitted to diversity, equity and inclusion. OB Jacobi has been the most outspoken member of the leadership team, advocating for a comprehensive marketplace and transparency in MLS governance and industry policy issues.
