Human resources veteran Reu-Narvaez has been Anywhere Real Estate’s chief people officer since 2022. In this role, she leads people strategy globally across multiple business units and six real estate brands. Prior to joining the C-suite, she oversaw human resources for the company’s brokerage and franchise groups, which include Better Homes and Gardens, Century 21, Coldwell Banker, Corcoran, ERA and Sotheby’s International Realty.
