With Donnellan at the helm, Bright MLS became the nation’s largest MLS with 101,000 subscribers in 2025, surpassing California Regional MLS. The organization launched Bright Solutions, a six-product suite of technology tools available to brokers and other MLSs, reflecting a major initiative to move beyond a regional MLS to a software-as-a-service provider. Donnellan has led Bright MLS, which serves the Mid-Atlantic region, since 2019.
