Carrillo joined Dallas-based North Texas Real Estate Information Systems (NTREIS), the sixth-largest MLS in the US with over 52,000 subscribers, in June 2025. Prior to assuming his current role, Carrillo led Metro MLS, which serves over 10,000 subscribers in Wisconsin, and previously served as CEO of CRIS MLS in Akron, Ohio. Carrillo is also a member of the Council of MLS Board of Directors, which he chaired in 2019.
