Hall serves as the CEO for Broward, Palm Beaches and St. Lucie Realtors, the nation’s third largest local Realtor association after a series of mergers Hall herself orchestrated over the course of a decade. Now boasting 37,000 members, the association under the Florida State University finance and marketing grad is stronger than ever. In 2025, the association-operated Beaches MLS launched an AI-fueled backend system for listings and rolled out a streamlined dashboard, all while inking new partnerships with Payload and PropStream, among other initiatives — all while managing five regional boards across south Florida.
