As co-founder and CEO of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), Acosta leads the nation’s largest Hispanic business organization with more than 58,000 members across 100 chapters. Founded in 1999, NAHREP has grown into real estate’s largest association outside of NAR. In 2025, Acosta, a serial entrepreneur, launched a new event platform, Avance Global, to empower Latino prosperity. He continues in a part-time capacity at the Latino-focused $100 million venture firm, L’Attitude Ventures, that he co-founded in 2019.
