DiMichele, named among Canada’s most influential real estate leaders by local media in 2025, runs the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board, North America’s largest local Realtor association with more than 72,000 members. Regarded as one of the sharpest leaders in the organized real estate world, he served as chair of the Council of Multiple Listing Services and was the keynote speaker at the International MLS Forum in Toronto in 2025. In February, the association launched an AI-driven virtual member service agent and in November began an ambitious “Your Voice, Our Future” campaign to consult with members.
