As CEO of the MetroTex Association of Realtors, Landon oversees the nation’s fifth largest local Realtor association, which serves more than 25,000 members. In 2025, he oversaw the association’s expansion via a merger with Collin County Area Realtors, itself a top 25 local Realtor association. Landon began his career as a legislative assistant and director in the US House of Representatives, but after nearly a decade in DC, he moved to governmental affairs for the San Antonio Board of Realtors. Prior to joining MetroTex as CEO in 2024, he was CEO of the Lexington-Bluegrass Association of Realtors in Kentucky.
