Consalvo runs one of the nation's largest MLSs in Arizona Regional MLS, which boasts nearly 39,000 subscribers. He is also a founding member of MLS Aligned, an MLS collaboration with ARMLS, Beaches MLS, Metro MLS, Utah Real Estate, Regional MLS (Oregon), Northern Nevada Regional MLS and MLS Listings (California). In 2025, the Real Estate Standards Organization recognized ARMLS’s leadership in data standards adoption and industry education.
