As CEO of the Chicago Association of Realtors, among the largest local Realtor associations in the US, Clement last year oversaw a refresh of the organization’s brand with a new logo and focus on serving its diverse membership. Clement, a past president and CEO of the Commercial Brokers Association in Seattle, is actively involved in advocacy for fair housing and antiracism in the real estate industry, and in addition to her work for the 16,000-member organization she has served as a board chair for the Association Forum, an ASAE Fellow and, in 2019, an IMPACT fellow with the Chicago Urban League.
