As president and CEO since its founding in 1996, White leads Realtracs, the largest multiple listing service in Tennessee and among the 25 largest MLSs in the US, with more than 20,000 subscribers in Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia and Kentucky. White has overseen the company’s technological evolution with a sharp eye for building proprietary, in-house products, including its own custom web platform. In 2023, White oversaw the launch of the Southeast MLS Alliance, a multimarket data-sharing initiative that is expected to expand listing access to more than 110,000 real estate agents.
