Kinney leads the Miami Association of Realtors, the largest local Realtor association in the US and operator of the largest association-owned MLS with approximately 60,000 subscribers. The association has an expansive global real estate council with about 300 bilateral agreements between partners in more than 75 countries to provide resources, visibility and connections. The association shares data with many of North America's major MLSs in the US and Canada, including Stellar MLS as of 2025.
