Edgerton has been the chief legal officer at Leading Real Estate Companies of the World since 2023. In her role, Edgerton oversees the global brokerage network’s legal affairs and online learning platform. She also serves as the executive vice president of industry and learning, and is charged with building alliances to support diversity, equity and inclusion. Before she joined the company in 2018, Edgerton spent over four years as an associate counsel at NAR.
