Flachner runs the agent-branded collaborative real estate portal RealScout as its president and CEO. In 2025, the firm launched a platform enabling exclusive listings management and distribution, as well as an AI feature for its search tool. Flachner, who sold real estate in college, also hosts Playmakers, a widely distributed podcast on which he interviews real estate leaders about some of the industry’s biggest trends and developments.
