Since 1997, when Wurzer inherited the role of president and CEO from his father, the employee-owned company behind the popular Flexmls Platform has grown into one of the country’s largest providers of MLS software. Under Wurzer’s leadership, the company has expanded its user base of MLS tools to more than 150 multiple listing services and over 300,000 real estate professionals, and in 2025 it rolled out a partnership with Zillow to allow agents to include enriched listing media across property listings.
