In this position, he helps shape the agency’s coverage of agent best practices and has become a sought-after speaker. In 2021, he became people editor of Success Magazine, the magazine now owned by eXp World Holdings. He also has been a Keller Williams Realty team leader since 2009.
Baishiki oversees corporate operations and the innovation and implementation of new technologies for NextHome, the nation’s 20th largest franchise brand by 2020 transaction sides with approximately 4,500 agents in over 540 offices across the U.S.
Blagden has led AccountTech, which provides back-office accounting software to real estate brokerages, since 1992. He has led the company into a modern software provider, which has developed APIs to facilitate integrations with other technologies.
Brady founded the luxury real estate auction platform Concierge Auctions in 2008 and has led it since as CEO. In 2021, Sotheby’s and Realogy partnered to acquire the company. Brady will remain CEO of the firm, which processed over $3.4 billion in bids with an average home sale price of $3.5 million in 2020.
Choi co-owns the Keller Williams Realty One Chicago market center and runs the real estate team Weinberg Choi Residential. In 2021, he served as the vice president of association affairs at NAR. In 2018, he served as the president of the Chicago Association of Realtors, the nation’s ninth largest local Realtor association.
Curry runs Houston-based BHHS Tiffany Curry & Co. Realtors, which she founded in 2019 and has led since as its broker-owner. She began her real estate career as an agent in 2007 and continues to represent buyers and sellers, particularly those transacting luxury homes. The Houston Association of Realtors named Curry its “Woman of the Year” in 2017 and its Realtor of the Year in 2011.
As president & CEO of ReeceNichols, Frazier oversees the daily operations of 27 branch offices and a corporate team of over 200 individuals – including accounting, new homes development, information technology, marketing, relocation, and training. In January 2018, he received the president role and later that year took over as CEO as well.
In October 2021, Grossman joined the real estate brokerage startup Avenue 8 to help lead its East Coast expansion. He is the company’s first hire outside of California where it is based. Previously, he served as New York City regional president for Brown Harris Stevens.
Harper Rispoli leads San Antonio, Texas-based Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, which has over 400 agents who do over $1 billion in annual sales. She joined the company, which her real estate icon mother D’Ann Harper founded in 1986, as an executive in 2008 and became owner in 2018.
Khammash has led Engel & Völkers Florida as managing partner since 2007. In this role, he leads the organization that holds the master franchise license for Florida that reported over 4,000 transactions for a volume of $2.3 billion in 2020.
Layade became executive vice president and chief technology officer of business services at Realogy in 2020. In this role, she leads Realogy’s technology infrastructure, security, operations, and support strategies. Before joining Realogy as a senior vice president in 2016, Layade served for approximately five years as an executive director for Time Warner.
Martino leads Endpoint, a digital title and escrow company that provides tools and technology that helps brokerages and agents streamline transactions for consumers. First American Financial (NYSE: FAF) launched Endpoint in 2019 and in 2021 announced a $150 million into the startup.
As chief operating officer of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, McClelland helps oversee the day-to-day operations of the Atlanta-based brokerage that has over 2,700 agents who do approximately $2 billion in annual sales. McClelland also serves as Secretary for the Broker Public Portal.
Minard has owned and run Delta Media Group, which provides digital marketing services to real estate brokerages, since 2000. In 2021, the company launched a home-showing service to compete with ShowingTime, soon after Zillow Group announced its acquisition agreement with the company.
Onnen has helped guide the fast-growing brokerage eXp Realty as president since 2019. Responsible for day-to-day operations at the nation’s fourth largest brokerage, she joined the company in 2018. Before coming eXp Realty, Onnen served as a designated broker and regional manager for Realty One Group and an associate broker and trainer for a Keller Williams Realty office in Arizona.
In 2021, Keller Williams Realty tapped Patel to lead the growth and ongoing development of its established real estate market segments that include KW Luxury, KW Commercial, KW Land, KW New Homes, KW Military and KW Young Professionals. Previously, he served as the executive director of strategy for KW MAPS Coaching, the coaching division of KW.
In 2021, Soloski was promoted at Knock from head of talent and culture to vice president of people, a role in which she oversees talent acquisition, culture, diversity and inclusion, compensation, benefits and human resources compliance as the company scales from 100 employees at the start of 2021 to nearly 500 by year-end. A long-time recruiter, she first joined Knock in 2016.
Johnson leads the Washington-based Tomlinson Real Estate Group, which owns three franchisees under the Coldwell Banker, Century 21 and Sotheby’s International Realty brands. Collectively, these brokerages have over 800 agents and do over $3 billion in annual sales. She is a fourth-generation leader of the group, which her great grandfather founded in 1938.
Waugaman became CEO of BHHS Florida Network Realty in 2021. In this role, he leads over 450 agents in nine offices in northeast Florida. He became a vice president of core services at the brokerage in 2018. Waugaman succeeds Christy Budnick, who became CEO of HSF Affiliates in 2021.
Webb founded Professional Realty Services International in 2005 and has led the Spokane, Washington-based brokerage since as CEO. In this role, he leads a firm with over 1,000 agents who do over $3.2 billion in annual sales.
