In 2025, Adams became the second most powerful leader at real estate giant HomeServices of America. With more than two decades at the firm, she now oversees operations of the firm’s significant brokerage and franchise operations, including its franchise brand, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. Reporting directly to CEO Chris Kelly, Adams is tasked with expanding network collaboration and advancing company culture. She remains chair of BHHS New England, New York and Hudson Valley Properties.
